Inspiration Behind The Unstuck Sports Bra
I got tired of sports bras that didn’t fit me right. I had a hard time getting motivated to workout with ill-fitting bras. The bust coverage never worked with the band width. Either the bust coverage was too small and the ribcage band fit or the bust coverage fit but the ribcage band was too big and rode up my chest and back.
Plus there was the whole uni-boob issue when I bent over. did downward dog or a headstand. All of me was forced to the center and “the girls” just stayed there. That is why I wanted something that lifted and separated.
So there you have it, I started messing with old sports bras. I would take a larger size that fit my bust and take in the ribcage band so it didn’t ride up. To create separation I rolled up a ankle sock and stuck it between “the girls”. I thought “WOW” this is actually comfortable. Then I started sewing pieces of material inside to create the “X” shape in order to create separation, getting rid of the sock:)
Now, when I workout in the sports bra I designed, I feel supported, comfortable and confident. If it’s not for you, I get it but if it makes you feel the way I do when I work out than “Happy Breasts” to you!
